No. Your policyholder may opt-out of eSurvey, if they would prefer to have an independent insurance inspector visit their property instead.

Most policyholders are able to complete their eSurvey in 10-15 minutes.  This can vary based on the technical aptitude of the policyholder, as well as the size of their home. Larger homes can take a little longer, as the policyholder will be required take more interior photos. 

The eSurvey photo list requirements can vary from carrier to carrier, however, you can expect your policyholder to be required to provide exterior photos of all sides of their home and any other structures, as well as interior photos of the kitchen, living room and bathrooms.  

No. eSurvey is a mobile web application, so there is nothing to download or install.

No. As a mobile web application, eSurvey will run smoothly on any Apple, Android and Windows mobile devices that have a WiFi or cellular data connection.
